Is spring here yet?

Finally today it seems that Spring may be here to stay for a bit!! Tonight at conferences there were kids playing wiffleball outside in the gorgeous weather! I got to go out and join them for a bit and it was fantastic!

Blaine is doing fine in New Jersey at the present time. He is really busy packing up things that are going to be loaded onto a ship soon to leave for Iraq. It is strange to think about his things heading over. It makes it seem like it is going to happen so much sooner that I think. He is getting mail and packages without any problem so if you'd like to have his address just shoot me an email or message on here and I will get in touch with you to give it to you. Right now he seems busy all the time. Sometimes he gets to bed really late and is up by 5 the next morning. At least he seems to have gotten over his illness for now. It sounds like everything is lining up nicely as far as training and things for the guys.

I had intended to post pictures of the blizzard in this post, but I'm not at home yet so I don't have them. I will try to post them either later tonight or tomorrow evening. It was unreal the amount of snow we got! I am able to easily say that I am sick to death of snow and cold. It is time for warm weather and spring time sun.

Not too many big plans for the weekend really. Amber, my mom and I are going to see Oklahoma at the high school on Friday night. I am excited to get to watch. I will know a lot of the students in the program. Saturday I am going to try and get a new military ID if I can. Then in the evening is a party for Grandma Hountz's 80th birthday! I can only hope to be around to see my 80th birthday! It is such an amazing thing to me. On Sunday I will probably try to get some realxation in sometime, and laundry!

I will try to start updating regularly again soon. I know that I have been slacking off. Sorry to all who are still checking!! Take care of yourselves and thank you for all your prayers and thoughts coming our way! It is comforting to know how much everyone cares. We love you!!

P.S. Hi Blaine! We miss you! Nothing like an empty pod to know how much!
